Johnson Controls has a function within their Human Resources organization focused solely on Workforce Analytics. You will help drive data-driven people decisions and tell the underlying story behind the data for our strategic reporting capabilities and predictive analytics. The mission: create an evidence-based culture that endorses analytics at the highest levels. The vision: Drive competitive advantage by linking people programs and initiatives to workforce outcomes and business results as well as provide standardized, efficient, user-friendly strategic reporting that drives action.
Under the direction of a Workforce Analytics & Strategy Manager, the Workforce Analytics Intern will compile and analyze HR and financial data to provide decision support to HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Business Leaders. The role will have responsibility for successfully obtaining, standardizing and analyzing employee and financial data.
