Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Student Intern.

In this role, the successful candidate Student intern for the year to assist the research coordinators of the Neuro Genetics team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry sourcing from EMR (Epic) and printing source documents as needed
  • Resolving data queries and work w/ study monitor in its resolution
  • Maintain a Patient Master list for each registries (tracking new enrollments and site transfers)
  • Prepare and process shipping labels for specimens.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Degree
The student intern must be a full-time student, or if working in the Summer months (Mid-May through Mid-Sept), must be planning to return to full-time status in the Fall.
During the summer months, the position must be classified as Casual.
Functions performed must be NBU (non-bargaining-unit) work.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
