Stantec Consulting Services, a global and leading Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Site-Planning firm, is seeking a summer Landscape Architecture Intern for our San Antonio, Texas office (70 NE Loop 410).

Our highly experienced, multi-disciplinary team specializes in design visualization; park and recreation design; bicycle, pedestrian, and multiuse trails; outdoor sports and athletic facilities; education and camplus planning and design; traditional neighborhood designed; and transit oriented design. Taking on national projects wguke working with Stantec studios in other markets, our San Antonio team connects the people, places, and resources that take a project from concept to reality. Our studios are client-centered, business casual, friendly, but a fast-paced environment to work in.
Interns will be encouraged to develop their skills while supporting our team with new project proposals, existing conditions analysis, conceptual design strategies, and production of construction documents, project presentation graphics, and construction observation.
Applicants should be a current student or recent graduate of an accredited Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Landscape Architecture program. We are seeking a team member with excellent design, graphic, computer, writing, and technical skills, and is self-motivated and passionate about design. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills, and have the ability to work with others, as well as independently. Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, SketchUp and Adobe programs is essential.
