THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for managing leave administration (STD, LTD, LOA, FMLA). Ensure accurate administration of the company's disability programs by interpreting leave policies and liaising with employees, managers and vendors
  • Ensure proper pay for employees on leave by providing advice to pay to payroll team.
  • Act as vendor manager with outside wellness vendors and local HR teams for annual events such as health risk screenings; flu shot clinics and EAP educational sessions.
  • Benefits invoice management.
  • Employee support for medical, dental, life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, FMLA, health savings accounts (HSAs), and 401(k) savings plan
  • Compiling, analyzing and reporting on benefits and LOA data. Work with benefits vendor file feed integrations and ensure the run accurately. Resolve system issues.
  • Benefits/LOA system creation and management
  • Assist with benefits projects as needed, project tracking
  • Assist and facilitate the annual open enrollment process
  • Deliver new hire benefits presentations

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • 1-2 years benefits experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office applications
  • Experience with HRIS and/or Payroll Systems preferred (Success factors /Ultipro)
  • Exceptional level of detail and time management skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent follow through, judgment, and common sense
  • “Make it happen” attitude
  • Team player and positive attitude
