Job Description
Shopbop.com is looking for a highly-structured, process-oriented, and customer-focused team player, with an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively. This individual will be responsible for the management of site content and marketing content planning as well as building and scheduling editorial web content and features. The right candidate will demonstrate a sound business sense, a powerful attention to detail, an ability to work quickly and under pressure, and able to work in close collaboration with brand, editorial, merchandising, marketing, and tech teams. In this role they will coordinate end-to-end customer-facing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue, and will pull business data to analyze campaign results and campaign-specific performance.


Responsibilities
* Own the coordination of the site content calendar for Shopbop
* Add and update content on the site
* Own creative briefing for site content
* Coordinate reports & analyze weekly performance of content across owned and operated platforms to guide and shape recommendations for future content planning & calendaring decisions
* Drive insights and learnings cross-functionally on content performance, including best practices and recommendations
* Lead improvement to the calendar planning process
* Build and maintain daily content per established designs and aesthetic standards
* Daily management and quality control of content on file system
* Creation of reusable templates for new web pages
* Implement time-sensitive editorial concepts
* Contribute to the process of UX design, to ensure that content is appropriately structured to meet the goals for the site and supported platforms
* Collaborate with brand, editorial, buying, marketing, merchandising and creative departments to create daily content
* Thorough testing relevant browsers and mobile experience

Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in a relevant area.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management Tools.
* Prior experience driving process improvement and managing calendars.
* Highly organized, excellent attention to detail and prioritizing skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong project management skills.
* Experience with analytical tools such as Cognos and Adobe Analytics.
* Familiarity with HTML and other similar languages
* Experience with content management systems
* Ability to quickly pick up and learn new tools
