Senior Manager, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging

As a member of the Enterprise Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) team, you will help be a member of the team transforming the Enterprise and specific Line of Business (LOB) teams by supporting Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging projects. Assist our efforts to identify, hire, develop and retain high performing, diverse talent. You will drive a variety of programs to enable LOBs and the Enterprise to increase impact, collaborate and improve processes.

The successful person will be able to leverage relationships from across the Enterprise, building collaborative relationships with other DIB LOB teams to maximize efficiency, share best practices, and achieve results. You should exhibit knowledge of and commitment to our diversity, inclusion, and belonging efforts. Sensitivity and good judgment with diverse teams is essential. You should demonstrate proficiency in project management, strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills across all stakeholders. You should have a focus on results that allows you to effectively multitask while keeping pace in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support DIB initiatives, including working strategically with leaders of current LOB- focused Business Resource.

  • Coordinate large multi-functional teams to minimize friction and maximize value of their efforts.

  • Partner with senior leaders to manage strategic activities and practices across the business

  • Deliver business outcomes with LoB programs, initiatives and strategies leading to industry leading D&I programs and results

  • Have a track record of successful program management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage tasks and related expectations

  • Exhibit proven influencing skills to effectively drive project / program imperatives

  • Demonstrates a proven track record of excellent project management and delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.

  • Strong understanding and alignment with DIB initiatives.

  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes

  • Demonstrate good judgement and sensitivity, with diverse teams.

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to leverage logical insights through data analytics (assessment, analysis and reporting) of diversity & inclusion metrics

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience

  • At least 5 years of Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resource, Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Non-profit Advocacy experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in diversity, inclusion, equity & belonging

  • At least 5 years of strong problem solving or at least 5 years of influencing skills or at least 5 years of a combination of both

  • At least 3 years experience in change management

  • Strong attention to detail and results oriented, ability to meet objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
