As the Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical support on Arjo's products and solutions at healthcare facilities in an assigned geography. This "roll-up-your sleeves" position requires a clinician with high-energy to work with healthcare facilities to improve clinical outcomes through demonstration of products, education of products and solutions, and process review/improvement.

In this position, you will collaborate with Arjo Sales Reps, Wound Care Consultants, and Critical Care Educators to deliver education, address care related questions, and provide product counseling to ensure an excellent customer experience.

More on the day-to-day:

  • Continuously improve knowledge of Arjo products & solutions to the expert level.
  • Be a resource of Clinical knowledge for internal and external customers.
  • Product training to caregivers on all shifts to ensure proper use of equipment.
  • Education and support to ensure successful evaluations/implementations.
  • Proactively "round" post-implementation to educate and support customers.
  • Regularly analyze customer processes to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Expected travel: approximately 50%

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree in Nursing or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years' Acute Care clinical experience.
  • Experience in medical device or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Experience training/educating healthcare personnel on product use is highly desired.
  • Strong communication skills - including verbal, written, presentation.
  • Current licensure is required and to be maintained through the course of employment.
