NYU Grossman School of Medicine, an affiliate of Woodhull Medical Center, is seeking an experienced, full-time Clinical Director I for Pediatric Ambulatory Services who can administer the overall pediatrics operations and services in Primary or Specialty Care. The Director will be responsible, to develop, plan, organize, evaluate and coordinate the clinical and operational services, systems and staff through subordinate managers and supervisors. This position will also direct and evaluate the activities and delivery of services for a service line; oversee coordination of services within and between service lines; collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure quality and continuity of patient care, recommend the development of new policies and procedures and maintain standards of excellence in pediatric practice to ensure compliance.
We are looking for an experienced pediatrician who is highly skilled and committed to a career in quality improvement operations, teaching and supervising onsite pediatric residents, completing administrative duties, handling schedules, and who has a proven ability to lead a team with analyzing performance indicators. The candidate will be energetic, enthusiastic and collaborative with a multidisciplinary team.
