Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Supervisor – Huntington Medical Group.
In this role, the successful candidate Provides nursing care to patients in a professional and courteous manner. Carries out Physician orders including, but not limited to, assisting with procedures, administering injections, performing phlebotomy, taking patient calls, calling in prescriptions, coordinating, pre-certifying patients medical services and assisting with other day-to-day operations of the office. Supervises clinical and ancillary staff. Ensures practice compliance to all NYULMC, Joint Commission and DOH regulations, policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Registered Professional Nurse in New York; Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, Five years of clinical practice in the care of the patient population served; ability to apply nursing process toward achievement of specific outcomes in an organized fashion addressing patient/family satisfaction; Progressive leadership; demonstrated in a leadership position or the potential for leadership competency; ability to develop, guide, motivate, nurture, and coach others; participation in service or departmental committees; evidence of excellent interpersonal skills, effective communication skills, and creative problem solving; Membership in pertinent professional organizations..
Required Licenses: Registered Nurse License-NYS

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $84,344.00 – $120,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
