PROJECT ASSOCIATE II

The BE-InCK NY Project Associate is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the daily activities and efforts of the InCK Model. The Project Associate coordinates a variety of grant related activities, provides data analysis, and supports project team. The Project Associate will assist the InCK Project Manager with implementing project work plans to ensure the goals and objectives of the InCK Model are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The InCK Project Associate will be expected to comply with all BE-InCK NY grant and program requirements as dictated by oversight entities and grant administrators.

The BE-InCK NY project and Project Associate position are grant-funded through the end of 2026. Annual renewal of grant is required.

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

• 1 year experience required, 3-5 years’ experience supporting management of projects is strongly preferred

• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills

• Must possess excellent organizational, follow-up, and record keeping skills.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting

• Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to guide production and write or edit official/formal reports and prepare educational material

• Ability to capture program policies, workflows and procedures

• Experience working with tools to create and manage project plans such as MS Project
