Company OverviewThe American continent will clearly be an area of expansion for the EHN Group.The projects in that continent are coordinated by CADER (Compañía Americana de Energías Renovables), a company set up by EHN (49%) and Iberdrola (51%). The following companies report to CADER: North American Renewables Corp. for projects in the United States, Enerbrasil for those carried out in Brazil, and New York Wind Power for projects in New York State. The Group will develop wind power projects in Canada through Sunnar Windpower, a joint venture between EHN and Suncor Energy. In the United States, a programme will be carried out to research and identify sites for wind farms in New York State (60 MW installed capacity) along with other initiatives. |
