A Flexible Benefits Package for You to Customize
At Choice One, we realize that not every colleague’s benefit needs are the same. That’s why we offer a flexible benefit plan so that our colleagues can customize their benefits plans to their unique and individual needs.

All direct-hire colleagues are entitled to a comprehensive benefits plan consisting of two components: Core Benefits and Flex Benefits. Core Benefits are provided at no cost to colleagues and Flex Benefits are offered to colleagues at a cost-share between the colleague and Choice One. Flex dollars are awarded to colleagues to help offset the cost of Flex benefits. For each Flex Benefit chosen, flex dollars are applied to the corresponding price tag. Colleagues can also choose to opt-out of benefits altogether and receive additional paid time off and their discounted flex dollars as a cash payout and/or 401(k) deposit.
