Emily Gordon is a Strategic Director at Seven Step RPO. She has more than 15 years’ experience within the recruiting industry and currently leads the company's sourcing program, continual process improvement, and client implementations. Her areas of expertise include: Recruitment Process Outsourcing, account transitions, process improvement, team building, client relationship development, and operational delivery. Previously, Emily built and implemented multiple national delivery centers for Manpower. She holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Emily is a graduate of the University of Michigan and lives in Matthews, NC.
