About the team
Team provide production support for incidents, commitment requests, releases and changes for assigned products and ensure we improve production support process.
What you will be doing
- Online and On Call production support Flexibility to work in Rotational shifts starts (Includes Night Shifts) and weekend support
- Provides application support typically in a defined project.
- Examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of customers
- Complete data mapping and transaction workflow documents as the basis for conversion to FIS systems.
What you bring:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Mainframe Application Support
- Good Knowledge in COBOL ,CICS, JCL, VSAM,DB2, EZtrieve and/or DYL, CA/Endevor.
- Experience in CA7, or Z Workload Scheduler (ZWS) will be an added advantage.
- Interpret business logic to programming logic
- Good communication Skills
- Willing to work in Rotational shifts (24/7).
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of FIS' products and services
- Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
- Knowledge of financial services industry
- Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
