What you will be doing


A key Product Management role to manage the FIS Portals Value-Add Services (VAS) vision. This role requires strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management. Manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of FIS new products, enhancements, and releases to market. Defines product roadmap to meet market requirements in support of product line strategy by considering position in life cycle, product profitability, pricing strategies, client satisfaction and sales success rate.

You will be an integral part of a team building world class digital products that provide insights and reporting, account self-service, and value-add business tools for new and existing customers. You will work closely with our VAS and Growth Solutions teams to help shape our VAS strategy and translate this into a VAS product roadmap as a measurable output.

  • Own the vision for the end-to-end customer journeys relating to access, uptake, and adoption of VAS through portals.

  • Drive commercialisation of value-added services through portals & dashboards in line with agreed KPIs.

  • Manage life cycle product planning activities and high-quality delivery of FIS new products, enhancements, and releases to market.

  • Ownership of the portal VAS product roadmap and pipeline of additional VAS

  • Be a subject matter expert on the products and systems that you manage and translate effectively between business and technology (and vice versa).

  • Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning products and/or clients.

What you bring:

  • Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management

  • Experience with marketplace or ecosystem products/projects

  • Effective presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products

  • Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

  • Team skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally

  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail and resourcefulness

  • Analytical, problem solving skills

  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize and complete tasks

  • Leadership and negotiation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Added bonus if you have:

* Understanding of mobile and web development principles and trends.

* Knowledge of best practice relating to digital products including user interfaces and user experience.

* Technical background not required but encouraged

* Specific experience in Payments or Financial sector.

* Experience working with offshore development teams
