About the team

The global Workforce Analytics team focuses on understanding strategic business initiatives and connecting them to talent opportunities. We use data to measure how well we attract, develop and retain a diverse workforce in the right place, at the right time.

What you will be doing

Your main objective is to enable workforce analytics in Visier, our core people analytics tool, through systems configuration, release management and user security. You will also use Visier to design and deploy prebuilt content to stakeholders. To be successful, you will establish relationships across The People Office (HR) and become proficient in our people systems (e.g., Workday, Visier, Glint, etc.). You understand how to use technology to scale programs and improve efficiencies, and are comfortable defining technical requirements, implementing new features, and deploying technology to users. Above all, you are exceedingly technical and analytical in nature.

  • Analyze user requirements to determine system configuration and/or customization required within Visier. Liaise with internal Visier users and external Visier support to help design, validate, and enable new metrics and features.
  • Develop implementation plans, thoroughly test and deploy changes or enhancements made to Visier using release management tools and/or processes.
  • Manage and improve the user security process in Visier, including new user setup, quarterly re-certification and ongoing maintenance of existing user profiles.
  • Create, deploy, and manage custom analytical content for Visier users and other key stakeholders, automating where possible.
  • Research and resolve data integrity issues. Perform monthly and quarterly maintenance.
  • Manage Visier's quarterly release schedule, including understanding, enabling, and communicating feature enhancements to the broader user base.
  • Other related duties are assigned as needed.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience testing and deploying HR applications (Visier/Workday/others) to stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and managing user security profiles
  • 3+ years of experience extracting/ cleansing data and turning it into visualizations
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel
  • Experience using ticketing systems as tools to manage and prioritize workload
  • Understands user experience and can tie data from disparate systems together uniformly
  • Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations through proper planning. Can create presentations and conduct meetings.
  • SQL, Python, R, or other relevant data manipulation software preferred but not required
  • Vendor management experience is a plus
  • Experience with Visier a plus.
