Description
Electrical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our battery energy storage systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, experience working with battery energy storage systems, and the
ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for battery energy storage systems.
* Conduct system inspections and perform preventative maintenance.
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in battery energy storage systems.
* Provide on-site training and support for customers and field service technicians.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
* Manage and maintain service documentation and customer service records.
* Assist with commissioning and start-up of battery energy storage systems.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
* 3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on battery energy storage
systems

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
* Strong electrical and mechanical skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Experience with programming and commissioning of battery energy storage systems
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
