Job Description

The Project Manager will work with the Montefiore Center for Performance Improvement (MCPI) Team and NPG Team to ensure that projects are aligned with MMC and MHS priorities, and support the various leads in project management as well as communication and collaboration across the sites. The Project Manager will also take on a leadership role in managing or directing , as appropriate, ongoing projects both within the MMC quality improvement teams as well as those in collaboration with other organizational stakeholders [INSERT]. The division needs a project manager who can focus on working with the PI teams to drive day to day change management activities and provide appropriate levels of support and supervision as well as the organizational skills to manage and direct projects for the Montefiore Center for Performance Improvement quality and performance improvement group.

Education/Skills:

Bachelor's Degree required.

Extensive Expertise in the Development and Management of Project Plans.

Expertise in Business, Administrative and Clinical Processes and Quality Standards.

Experience in performance improvement, system analysis, and process design and workflow.

Ability to Design and Generate Operational and Statistical Reports.

Excellent Communications and Writing Skills.
