Ronco is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in Rochester. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns. This role's purpose, cause, and passion are to drive marketing activities and campaigns and build brand awareness.
Accountabilities Include:
  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally, to promote the organization and its products and services
  • Understands the industry and competitive trends and identifies and targets specific new and underserved markets
  • Design campaigns targeting specific market segments or focusing on particular products or services
  • Oversee the production of print, online, or other forms of advertisement and organizes special events or promotions to drive sales and build brand awareness
  • Establishes metrics, measures analyzes, and modifies campaigns based on ROI analysis
  • Assist at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed and providing post-event reports and analysis
Requirements for Success:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of industry experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Ability to foster teamwork
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Proficient with analysis and design software
  • Knowledge of Internet marketing campaigns, including SEO
  • Thorough understanding of selling services and solutions utilizing relevant marketing strategies and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

The expected salary for this position ranges from $77,000.00 to $106,000.00 per year.
