*Present a business proposal at the end of internship with insights and actionable recommendationsResponsibilities Include:
- Conduct 5C Analysis of food & beverage processing aids and food additives categories.
- Determine market desirability (existence of unmet needs, dissatisfaction with current solutions), market viability (five-forces, growth, size, profit pools) and business feasibility (tech/IP/plant, people, equipment resources/process competencies) through qualitative/quantitative interviews, online research, and discussions with key stakeholders.
- Research potential business development options and help the team Identify attractive growth categories leveraging strategic frameworks.
- Present findings to stakeholders and manage resulting action items, e.g. setup a market strategy refinement/development project
- Assist in creation of content (slides, videos, webinars, etc.) for on-going marketing activities.
The following are required for the role
Minimum Requirements
Actively enrolled in an MBA program with a specialization in Strategy or Marketing.
Ambitious learner, eager to absorb new knowledge and skills.
Self-determined and highly organized, able to manage time and tasks effectively.
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering. Preferably from a Non-IT background
2-3 years of full-time work experience. Preferably in Food & Beverage manufacturing.
Program Requirements
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
Location will be Pearl River, NY due to relocation of site.
