Job Title:Summer 2024 HR Project Management Intern - Policy and Compliance

Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to the Global HR Policy and Compliance Leader. This role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks and playing a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assist with HR Policy reviews and updates.

  • Prepare draft HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines in accordance with Company objectives and legal requirements.

  • Support Global HR Policy and Compliance Leader with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.

  • Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors in human resources management or similar field; or pursuing bachelor's in human resources management, or similar field.

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Basic knowledge of labor and compliance legislation

  • Organizational and time management skills

Program Requirements
  • The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.

  • The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00
