Assist with HR Policy reviews and updates.
Prepare draft HR Policies, Procedures and Guidelines in accordance with Company objectives and legal requirements.
Support Global HR Policy and Compliance Leader with various administrative tasks as needed.
Contribute to HR process improvement initiatives.
Manage other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
The following are required for the role
Minimum RequirementsBachelors in human resources management or similar field; or pursuing bachelor's in human resources management, or similar field.
Experience with MS Office
Basic knowledge of labor and compliance legislation
Organizational and time management skills
The candidate must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at the time of application and for at least one semester following the conclusion of the internship.
The candidate is expected to be available 40 hours a week for a period of 10-12 weeks between the months of May and August.
