Come join a team responsible for the effective prevention, control, and minimization of risk in one of the largest child welfare agencies in NYS. The Risk Management Specialist is responsible for coordinating risk management and compliance initiatives by providing service and support to internal departments and external agencies. The Specialist will be responsible for investigating incidents, assessing risk, identifying policy and procedural improvements, and reporting findings for Berkshire Farm Center & Services for Youth and its partners.

Job Requirements
* Bachelor's degree is preferred. High School Degree is required. For related experience, discretion can be made in lieu of degree.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in not-for-profit, child welfare industry, residential treatment facility and/or group home setting.
* Investigation experience required; interview and report writing experience strongly preferred.
* Experience in incident reviewing preferred.
* Experience working with at risk youth is preferred.
