What we need...

As an Application Specialist I you will provide customer support to client institutions by answering department telephone calls and/or acknowledging emails and are focused on coordination of customer inquiry resolution. Inquiries requiring more significant research or that are deemed urgent in nature will be escalated to the appropriate resource as needed.

What you'll do...

  • Researches customer issue by reviewing system documentation, user manuals and industry periodicals/websites
  • Collects information, troubleshoot problems and develop solutions for routine issues
  • Logs all research efforts properly into the call logging software
  • Submits special processing requests from customers. Follow up when completed to ensure accuracy of the completed job
  • Focused on front line customer support
  • Logs all appropriate information into logging system
  • Responds to client issues and requests for support and assistance
  • Answers customer inquiries regarding system use and procedures
  • Answers customer inquiries on reports regarding their use, balancing and interpretation

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • Two years lending experience with knowledge of lending industry terminology and operational procedures but will consider other relevant experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret banking periodicals, professional/technical journals, and technical procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to demonstrate or explain concepts, procedures, and tasks to others
  • Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions and recommendations

Salary Range for this role is $48,000-$63,000
