Who We Are

We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The Role

This is a 10-week program from June 10th through August 15th.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM EST

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the Westchester, NY Office

Hourly rate: $35.00

Core responsibilities include:

    Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
  • Must have familiarity with relational database concepts and client-server concepts. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; capturing information; evaluating output requirements and formats and documenting them.
  • Improve systems by performing quality assurance reviews.
  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs of the client group.
  • Suggest changes to management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
