Reporting to the Sr. Director, People Business Partner, the Senior People Business Partner will own end-to-end Business Partner leadership for Spring Health's Operations function. With support from a People Business Partner, you'll be the "one-stop shop" for People needs, working closely with every level of the organization to deliver initiatives that unlock engagement and performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive strategic People initiatives, including organization design & integration, talent management, compensation planning, manager coaching, employee development, succession planning, talent calibration, and performance management
  • Partner directly with Operations senior leadership to develop and implement People strategies supporting Operations' culture and KPIs
  • Flawlessly move between strategic needs (org design, senior leader coaching, top talent development and calibration) and tactical work (ER, performance management, reporting, managing comp & performance processes), collaborating with functional leaders and talent to understand their needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve employee and organizational issues (e.g. impending interpersonal challenges, training needs, structural inefficiencies, communication blockages)
  • Interpret and implement People Team policies, and advocate for your function in the development of new practices
  • Work in lock step with partners in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Health, & Performance, DEI, Compliance, Finance & Legal
  • Help drive the continued evolution of the HRBP function, constantly improving processes and quality of service
  • Mentor other members of the People team

What we expect from you:

  • 6+ years experience in progressively responsible HRBP / Generalist roles
  • 4+ years of experience working in Manufacturing, contact center, or similar environments, including direct support of senior executives in addition to line managers
  • Workforce planning expertise
  • Experience launching global operations and supporting international talent
  • Some Specialist / COE experience is a plus, especially in Total Rewards
  • Demonstrated success leveraging data to identify and drive People strategies
  • Track record of tailoring enterprise level programming to your client group AND creating function-specific initiatives from scratch upon identifying a need
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects end-to-end
  • Deep knowledge in labor and employment law
  • Deep knowledge and practical application of HR disciplines including employee relations, investigations, management & leadership development, performance management, organizational design and compensation philosophies
  • Ability to understand the business and serve as a thought partner to senior executives
  • Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)

The target salary range for this position is $108,700 - $146,150, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
