Job Description
Paul Hastings' Securities & Capital Markets team is seeking a Mid-Level Associate with at least three to five years of experience for our premier global practice. Candidates must have significant experience in IPOs, advising underwriters and issuers in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters. Experience with company formation, private company equity & debt financing, and U.S. securities law is a plus.

Strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials and client management skills are required. Relevant law firm experience from AmLaw 50 firm is preferred.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $365,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
