What You Will Do as an Order Fulfillment and Sales Associate:

The Order Fulfillment & Sales Associate will perform tasks across the entire facility, including interacting with customers, supporting back order processing and delivery preparation, and assisting in all clerical functions.

Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision and reports to a supervisor or manager.

How You Will Make a Difference:

Customer Liaison and Sales Associate :

  • Greet customers warmly and determine/assess reason for visit
  • Interact with computer systems through basic computer skills
  • Initiate orders, returns, exchanges through automated computer system
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Help size individuals to ensure proper uniform fit
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Work with management to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Order Fulfillment:

  • Pull and tag back orders and prep for delivery driver

General:

  • Assist in clerical functions
  • Managing backorder workflow
  • Vendor bill pay
  • Quality assurance (random audits to ensure overall accuracy)
  • Assist in warehouse as needed

Skills for Success:

  • One year experience required
  • Customer support or related experience preferred
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to varying situations
  • Good communication and presentation
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
