Job Description

The Director, Employee Relations (ER) is responsible for managing employee relations matters for their respective business unit(s). The Director, ER a provides guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR on a variety of ER related matters The Director, ER is seen as a trusted and strategic advisor to the HR community, employees, managers, and company leaders.


Essential Functions:

  • Strategic ER Support: Maintain a strong expertise of HR's objectives to be able to provide value to the business through strategic ER support
  • Employee Experience Management: Helps to shape organizational culture by having a deep understanding of what impacts attitudes toward the organization Partner with the broader HR community to develop initiatives that enhance employee morale, satisfaction, productivity, and wellbeing.
  • Business Acumen, Compliance, & Risk Management: Identify, monitor, assess, and mitigate potential risks to business decisions and situations
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Communicates strategically with HR stakeholders to exchange information, collaborate on work, and direct inquiries as necessary
  • Consultative Problem Solving: Critically and creatively address complex problems through a client-centric approach that aligns with the organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources or Employment law
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred


Salary

$104,500- 156,700 annually.

The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
