You and Your Job:

As an Associate, Assistant Portfolio Manager you will be successful though credit analysis and monitoring of the portfolio post-closing, with two primary goals:

• Supporting and strengthening the client relationship.
• Exercising prudent risk management.

Role affords an unparalleled opportunity to learn about different financing structures in the renewable and sustainable energy space, evolving power markets, and new clean energy technologies.

The objective of the role is to contribute to sound portfolio management by diligently analyzing and assessing the risk drivers and mitigants in the transaction and financing structure. This is a key role for the success of the business line and bank overall.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and timely responding to client requests in a professional manner.
• Supporting the PM in the administration, management, and monitoring of a high-volume and growing portfolio.
• Keeping on top of developments in a portfolio of construction and operating projects (wind, solar, battery storage and other sustainable energy technologies) and market developments at large and proactively assess how they can impact the portfolio.

• BA in business, economics, or related field from top school or minimum 3 years of energy/infrastructure project finance or structured debt experience at a financial institution, energy consulting firm or rating agency.

Salary Expectations:

Target Hiring Range: $140,000.00 - $230,000.00

This position is subject to the terms of [RAF/Rabobank/RDS]'s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular position includes all other benefits provided to [RAF/Rabobank/RDS] employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
