The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking aFront and Back Service Operatorto work at our food processing facility in Avon, NY! Successful candidates must be willing to supply improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal individuals must be safety and quality orientated along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.

• Hourly pay starting at $20.11/hr
• A .75 shift differential for second or and $1 shift differential for third shift.

• Request, retrieve, and stage materials to the line
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Accountable for trace ability, and accuracy of materials usage paperwork.
• Clearing denester jams and basic operation using proper safety precautions
• Hand pack and load cases to palletizer when needed (Back service)
• Must be certified /licensed in operation of Big Joe/Walkie, Scissors Lift, Fall Protection, ladder use, and perform required daily safety inspections.
• Team participation is required.

Sanitation:Will ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions

Quality Assurance:Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.

• Able to work on weekends, Holidays and commit to mandated overtime
• A Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent experience or general education diploma (GED)
• Must have strong communication skills
• Prior manufacturing experience is helpful
