Position Summary

The Broadcast Ad Ops Senior Specialist role involves executing client Traffic assignments with a focus on adeptly handling traffic functions and processes. Collaboration with internal teams, media partners, and traffic vendors is essential. The position demands exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to thrive under pressure within tight deadlines. Upholding a collaborative and fair approach when interacting with media partners is integral to maintaining the Kinesso culture and meeting our marketplace service commitments.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver responsive and superior client customer service
  • Develop relationships with clients and their creative agencies
  • Inform clients and creative agencies of impending deadlines
  • Supply traffic lists and related information to clients and creative agencies.
    • Prior to processing direction, pull activity reports from MBOX once buys have been input.
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration including Partnerships, Client Advice, SBUs and external agency partners
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all constituencies and share knowledge of traffic functions across the agency
  • Issue instructions and traffic all materials in advance of media outlet deadlines
  • Prepare and issue talent schedules
  • Resolve traffic issues and discrepancies
  • Effectively manage time and responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met and workflow is properly managed
  • Take lead in providing creative analytics reporting
  • Develop and maintain media partner relationships
  • Develop and maintain strong traffic vendor relationships

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of Traffic experience
  • Proficient with Mediaocean or equivalent Inventory Management system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of National, Local and Digital traffic functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Smartsheets

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Able to work as part of a team in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and multi-tasking capabilities
