We are thrilled to go to market for our newly created position of Global Process Safety Leader.


At a high level, this role will assume responsibility for the planning and execution of varied high value accountabilities globally. You will also develop process safety strategy and drive tactical implementation globally, in cooperation with engineering, site resources, and other key support functions. Naturally, the role will have you collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, and the EHS&S organization to manage and execute projects and provide Process Safety program support in a manner that controls risk and addresses business needs.


Some of your key duties include:

  • Leading regulatory and internal standards Process Safety compliance initiatives
  • Managing the development and integration of these standards, including training programs and developing training materials
  • Develop, track, and evaluate metrics to identify trends and drive Process Safety performance improvement and compliance
  • Provide expertise to support training and implementation of quantitative and semi-quantitative process analysis for sites in the region
  • Coordinate, lead, and participate in Process Safety audits globally
  • Track and evaluate Process Safety incidents and ensure formal communication processes are effective globally
  • Provide Subject Matter expertise for all global Process Safety regulatory and internal standards
  • Monitor global Process Safety regulations to provide a proactive approach in addressing new and changing regulatory requirements and therefore potential business impacts
  • Head Process Safety best practice recognition and sharing among sites
  • Support Solenis M&A and integration activities for all EHS&S requirements

Qualifications:

What you'll bring:

  • Relevant BS or advanced degree in Chemical Engineering or other related engineering
  • Significant Process Safety leadership experience in multi-site Process Safety environments
  • Strong working knowledge of international Process Safety regulations and processes
  • CCPS Process Safety Professional or equivalent preferred, but not required
  • Extensive knowledge and skills with current and developing EHS&S regulations for countries in the region.
  • Proven leadership capability in inspiring and motivating employees
  • Ability to influence senior leaders of other functions to support, engage, and drive key Process Safety initiatives in their organizations
  • Confidence in being able to represent Solenis at customer engagements
  • Understanding of manufacturing and administrative processes to create and support sustainable Process Safety programs and systems.
  • Being agile and resilient to adapt to frequent organizational change
  • Close in proximity to an International Airport

Pay Range:$132,600.00-178,815.00
