Job Description

Curinos is currently seeking a Client Success Consultant to help our clients reach their deposit portfolio objectives using Deposit Optimizer, the largest globally installed deposit product management solution. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Retail Deposits, dynamic, entrepreneurial, a fast learner, and have a passion for delivering value to clients through the application of analytics. You demonstrate an ease with complex quantitative analysis, a drive to succeed, and creativity in problem solving.

The Client Success Consultant will manage a portfolio of Curinos Retail Deposit Optimizer clients. They will be the clients' champion, guiding them to success in managing their deposit portfolio with Curinos platforms from early implementation and onboarding, to supporting day-to-day needs, to use case / value realization, to managing renewal cycles. On a daily basis, the Client Success Manager will work with their client teams to solve deposit pricing and management challenges, deriving insights from data analytics and modeling to drive real impact.

  • Client Work:
    • Know clients' deposit strategies inside and out across Consumer, Small Business and Wealth lines of business
    • Help clients realize value through deposit product management and pricing optimization - lead strategic sessions with client executive teams to identify upside opportunities
    • Build relationships with client senior executives and leadership within product management, pricing, treasury, and analytics teams and drive demand for Curinos products and analytics
    • Provide our clients with timely support for questions about both our solutions platform and industry experience - know when to bring in company subject matter experts to provide additional support
    • Design and lead value-based solutions training sessions to help our clients find value in the analytics
  • Managing Implementations/Projects:
    • Manage project timelines, budgets,and deliverables for client implementations
    • Gather and define business requirements for new solutions implementations and/or existing client projects
  • Business and Product Development:
    • Identify unmet client needs / unsolved challenges clients are facing through consistent interaction with our clients
    • Identify opportunities for existing Curinos solutions to meet client needs - set up introductions between the appropriate Curinos and client contacts
    • Identify product enhancement opportunities based on client needs to help shape the product roadmap
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years of prior experience in Retail Banking, Management, ConsultingSoftware / FinTech Sales or Client Relationship Management
  • Strong working knowledge of the retail banking business and products or strong desire to learn
  • High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ability to cultivate and grow long term relationships based on a level of mutual trust at all levels within a client organization
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions in a simple and coherent manner.
  • Demonstrated project management skills; experience running multiple complex projects at once
  • Comfortable with data-driven analytics and with analytical and complex problems
  • Passion for helping clients, with a service-oriented attitude
  • Strong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range from 0% to 20% depending on engagement, but will most likely be up to a few days per month

Base Salary Range:$100,000 - $135,000 Base; plus Bonus
