The General Manager, reporting directly to the Resident District Manager, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a Company account. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task, strong team leadership, client relations and ensures outstanding food quality and strong customer service skills. Relocation Assistance and Sign-On Bonus offered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Leads overall day to day operations of the account
- Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, terminations
- Coordinates scheduling, payroll and team training
- Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in crafting menus and providing top quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
- Five years of foodservice operation experience
- High volume production and catering experience is crucial
- Previous experience running a budget
- Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
