Production Worker - Coating, Mixing & Rubber Operators

    • Mon - Fri, 2:30pm - 11pm $19.20/hr + $1.00 shift premium

    • Sun - Thur., 10:30pm - 7am $19.20/hr + $1.25 shift premium

Role Descriptions:

Coater Operator is responsible for operating an Adhesive Coating oven to produce a pressure sensitive adhesive tape. Must pass and be certified in Static and Grounding as well as Bonding training. Coaters receive a premium of $1.00/hr after 90 days of training.

Mixing Operator The PSAT Mixer position is responsible for the mixing and blending of silicone adhesives, catalysts and solvents. Employee is responsible for operating mixing devices to produce consistent batches of adhesive.

The EXT Tape Mixer position is responsible for the operating equipment which aid in weighing and mixing oils, pigments and powders used to manufacture Teflon tape.

Rubber OperatorThe primary responsibility for this position is responsible for curing the rubber in sheet form. Employee will be cross trained to perform other job functions in the department, such as rerolling, PSA and oven operation.

Is this job for you ?

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

- While prior manufacturing experience is preferred, we will provide on-the-job training for qualified applicants.

- Must be able to read and interpret drawings, use simple math and use basic hand held measuring tools.

-Physical demands include lifting 25-50lbs.
