Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Niagara Falls, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs various electronic or electro-mechanical assembly tasks supporting specific production units, developmental or prototype requirements in product development, manufacturing engineering, or preproduction operations where documentation and guidance may be limited.
  • Works from schematics, blueprints, and oral instructions to construct developmental assemblies, sub-assemblies, and components.
  • Uses standard electronic assembly tools and materials.
  • May perform modifications, rework, and quality testing.
  • Work typically includes interaction with development or manufacturing engineering personnel.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $22.00 Hourly OT40.

Hours: 4/10-1st Shift.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in using a Microscope to assemble components.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with visual acuity in working with microscopes.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with miniature precision devices and components.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • IPC J-STD-001 solder certification.
  • Experience working in an ISO/clean room environment.
  • Experience using a Microscope to assemble miniature parts into assemblies (such as watchmaking, jewelry, medical devices, hybrid microelectronics, accelerometer, and gyros).
  • Experience with electronic assembly and electrical testing.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
