Acara Solutions is looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate for our client located in East Syracuse, NY
This is a Direct Hire Role
Pay Range from 20-22/hr
- Identify delinquent accounts
- Responsible for contacting customer of delinquent accounts until that account is resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of all work pefromed on an account to include letters telephone conversations, chareges payments etc.
- Audit Accounts to determine what the balance of the account consists of and provide documentation
- Upon on customers request be responsible for the research and preparation and communication of outstanding invoices letters and other documentation within a reasonable time frame.
- Assist in the preparation of accounts being referred to the attorneys for collection
- Month end closing process within the schduled time frame
