Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Ballston Spa, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Performs various tasks in production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies, such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts and uses hand and power tools, jigs, and saws.
  • Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
  • Conduct quality inspections on the processing line by quality specifications.
  • disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.

  • Pay: $25.00 -$35.00 per hour
  • Hours: 9/80
  • Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in reading/understanding blueprints, electronic schematics, wire lists, and work instructions
  • Minimum of 3 years experience with hand tools and measuring equipment

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree
  • Have good mechanical abilities
  • Work history with mechanical assemblies

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Be able to work in confined spaces for long periods
  • Be able to lift and move up to 30 pounds
  • Willing to travel
  • Be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Active Secret DoD Clearance
