  • Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00/annual

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new business leads to directly support our Outside Sales team and new business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • In partnership with the VP and Directors of Business Development, establish a sales pipeline utilizing sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, MS Dynamics, and others
  • Reaching out to new customer prospects via phone, email, etc., to promote Acara
  • Set meetings for Directors of Business Development
  • Through consistent outreach to large companies, get Acara on RFP lists
  • Strong partnership and collaboration with the internal marketing team
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the technical selling points of our products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments with new clients.
  • Establish positive relationships by ensuring timely responses to all customer inquiries and concerns across all channels (email, telephone, social media, or in-person).
  • Update client databases and maintain a personal log of your contacts.
  • Accomplish minimum weekly, monthly, and annual productivity and sales goals.
Other Duties:
  • Comply with and adhere to all ISO policies and procedures
  • Submit periodic reports to management as requested
  • Responsible for various other administrative and supervisory duties as directed by Company

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience in a new business development role doing cold calling and/or lead generation
  • 1 year of prior staffing industry experience
  • 1 year of experience with MS Word and Excel


Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Present a positive and professional image
