Tectonic is currently seeking a full-time Site Acquisition Program Manager to manage various telecommunications projects based out of our Rochester. NY Office. This position will require daily in-office reporting to our Rochester, NY Office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Assume full site acquisition responsibilities and effectively manage site acquisition staff;
  • Establish project priorities and goals for project performance, including budget and schedule limitations and oversees projections for and timely achievement of milestone completion dates for project(s) in accordance with client contracts;
  • Manage and develop multiple site acquisition vendor relationships and contracts in driving consistency, efficiency, and financial results, and collaborate with company resources as needed to provide additional services;
  • Lead meetings with site acquisition management and team members to review project status and implement changes as necessary to track project deliverables, dates, and monitor deadlines to deliver financially successful projects;
  • Communicate regularly with the client to ensure project satisfaction and meet with clients to perform site visits as necessary;
  • Availability for travel to markets as needed is required;
  • All other related duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition, leasing, and zoning; a minimum of 2 years of project management experience on large wireless telecommunications deployment;
  • Requires strong background in the negotiation of leases within the wireless/telecommunications industry, as well as the ability to read, understand, and interpret related legal documents;
  • Demonstrated experience showing the ability to lead municipal meetings for zoning and planning purposes, and prepare zoning documentation for planning and zoning submittals;
  • Must have excellent leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills;
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, to coordinate with clients, supervisors, and managers;
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; PMP certification is a plus;
  • Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Requires a valid, acceptable driver's license and personal vehicle to travel to meetings and sites as needed.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is frequently required to assume a stationary position, handle, inspect, and/or feel documents, materials and/or equipment relevant to the job and communicate about same. The employee will also need to process manual and computer generated documents, and will be required to communicate using the Corporate e-mail and telephone systems. In accordance with the level of visual detail required for this position, close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required for this position. They may be occasionally required to move around on a job-site, including ascending or descending on the landscape or on a ladder, and positioning themselves appropriately to obtain necessary specifications. The employee may be occasionally required to lift and/or move equipment and materials up to 10 lbs. This position may involve occasionally operating a motor-vehicle, which may require assuming a stationary position for extended periods of time. PAY RANGE
Tectonic's goal is to compensate employees fairly and equitable across all positions Companywide. Our advertised pay ranges are representative of our good faith effort to provide a reasonable anticipated salary range. The offered pay may be outside of the provided salary range based upon the selected candidate's work location, experience, education, certifications, and capabilities compared to the advertised position.
Pay Range: $100,000 - $130,000 / year
