Job Description

The SE Program Manager will lead strategy and implementation of sales enablement activities in the Americas that drive ongoing capacity-building in the most critical knowledge and proficiencies that enable ENGIE Impact's full commercial partnership potential to deliver client decarbonization ambitions.

Program Management

  • Participate/support business and commercial partners in development of Regional (Americas) commercial objectives and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Lead development and validation of Regional Sales Enablement (SE) Strategy derived from regional GTM and aligned to SE's mission and strategy, which includes four focus areas:
    • Knowledge Management
    • Sales Excellence
    • Growth Levers
    • Linkage to ENGIE Group
  • Partner with Director of Training, SE team and other commercial and business partners to design Regional SE Plan to realize the Regional SE Strategy. Plan shows programs, timeline, stakeholders, outcomes and key performance indicators for the year's capacity-building activities in alignment with the regional GTM and relevant global priorities.
  • Integrate manager training into Regional SE Strategy and Plan to empower sales team leaders to support and reinforce training of their teams
  • Possess strong ability to identify, forge and grow relationships with key ENGIE Impact stakeholders to enable comprehensive and intimate understanding of Regional priorities and to ensure their representation in all stages of the Regional SE Strategy & Plan process.
  • Work with Director of Training as a training method subject matter expert to optimize design of capacity building efforts to critical variables such as audience, key outcomes, urgency, scale of opportunity, etc.
  • Responsible for collaboration with business partners in Marketing, Account Management, Sales, Strategy, Implementation and others to organize, plan, deliver and evaluate SE activities.
  • Exchange regularly with other Program Managers to share insight, learnings and improve program performance.
  • Bring creative approaches to training that promote participation and adoption.
  • Develop and regularly report program progress against key performance indicators.
  • Actively participate in development of professional skills, knowledge and proficiencies to be successful in current and potential future roles through ENGIE Impact's Annual Individual Development Program.
  • Embody and help to create a culture aligned to ENGIE Impact's core values - trust, care, accountability, OneENGIE and Safety & Integrity - through all aspects of the role.
  • Be a positive ambassador of SE throughout ENGIE.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Degree in Learning and Development-related discipline, energy, sustainability or other similar fields are preferred.
  • Formal training or certification (CPTM, CIT, CLDP) in Learning and Development-related field is preferred.
  • Formal training in project and risk management - PMP (Project Management Professional) - certification a plus.
  • 5+ years hands-on program management experience including leadership of large, complex programs and corporate strategic projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholder groups to develop and implement programs that deliver most critical priorities and outcomes.
  • Skilled in relationship development and navigation to inspire participation and program success.
  • Experience measuring and reporting program performance to support continuous improvement.

The pay range for this role is: $97,000-$146,000.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data. This position is eligible for our comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Additional ENGIE benefits include a 401k plan, paid time off and annual bonus. ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws.
