Job Description* Facilitate in-person and virtual job readiness and other program-related workshops for customers, clients and participants
* Participate in off-site program orientations as needed
* Manage workshop sign-up and sign-in process
* Track workshop attendance * Create monthly workshop calendar
Work with participants to obtain HSE or various training certifications
* Coordinate workshops with program and community partners as needed * Recommend workshop content, including improvements
* Participate in workshop content development as needed
* Work with project leadership to evaluate the success of job readiness and other program-related workshops
* Facilitate assigned staff training
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Adult/Youth education or Social Services. An equivalent combination of acceptable related experience and training may be substituted on a year for year basis for the education requirement.
* Demonstrated ability to train and instruct in a group setting
* Must have experience using videoconferencing systems (i.e. Webex, Zoom, etc.)
* Strong computer skills
* Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Spanish/English bilingual a plus
