Wilson Elser's White Plains office currently seeks a Matter Management Analyst.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates with about a year or more of professional office experience looking to take on a fast-paced role in a national law firm. This role can be fully remote from anywhere in the country that Wilson Elser has an office or on site in White Plains or NYC.

The Position
The Matter Management Analyst (MMA) is responsible for assisting the Matter Management Manager and Supervisor in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the firm's financial system. This includes, but is not limited to, populating client/matter data within the financial systems database, analyzing client guidelines and related client documents, identifying and reconciling data inconsistencies within our systems, performing daily systems maintenance, and coordinating efforts with Partners, Associates, and support staff for identification of missing essential client information.

The annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
