The Senior Analyst, FP&A will participate heavily in financial and operational analysis, related guidance, communicating process and guidance to teams in the field, and reporting on results to field teams and senior management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for working closely with key partners on financial and operating reporting to align financial area with corporate planning.

  • Work closely with the key partners to develop the annual plan and monthly forecasts in line with corporate planning & forecasting guidelines.

  • Refine existing forecasting processes and models

  • Develop analytics and other ad hoc reporting that provide important insights to the efficiency of functional areas and spend.

  • Understand and master a multitude of financial systems and processes to provide support and training as needed

  • Analyze the existing processes, tools and deliverables for effectiveness and ease of use

  • Utilize data for annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and quarter end close

  • Adjust and manipulate current PowerBI models for short term needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5+ years of demonstrated Finance and/or Accounting experience

  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical/problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across many levels of management.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ideal candidate is highly motivated and a strategic problem solver with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Real estate background a plus

  • Basic proficiency in Power Point

  • Experience with data extraction tools such as ESSBASE or Google LOOKER

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Cognos, Tableau or similar

$83,000 - $102,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
