Senior Associate Financial Reporting, Strategy

Publicis Sapient is looking for highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Financial Reporting, specializing in our Strategy capacity, to join our dynamic Finance team. As a part of a growing agency, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving abilities, Excel skills, demonstrated expertise in generating actionable analytics, and unwavering commitment to achieving tangible results and accuracy.

Your Impact:

• Work with Senior Manager to provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting.
• Manage month end close activities, coordinating with Re:sources for accurate reporting of P&L.
• Support preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
• Collaborate with North America and International Finance teams, to optimize financial processes, enhancing communication and reporting.
• Assist with the adoption of best practices, supporting business reviews.
• Support Senior Manager to design and implement efficient financial processes and operations, emphasizing the significance of accuracy and timely submission of data, in line with industry benchmarks.
• Working closely with Senior Manager to derive insights and tell the story through data, conducting performance analysis by country, client, investigating drivers for variances to forecast and budget, with a very inquisitive audience: Strategy CFO and Strategy leadership team.
• Support ad hoc requests and special projects.
• Collaborate with team in NYC office 3 days per week.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 3 years minimum in FP&A
• Data driven and excellent attention to detail
• HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) / Smartview experience
• Oracle and SAP experience would be a plus.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel utilizing complex formulas
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, including experience in financial/operational model building.
• Experience in reviewing financial data & identifying errors.
• Ability to prioritize and effective time management skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting or Business.

Pay Range: $79,000 - $118,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
