Job Description

This position is accountable for administrative tasks and functions related to training activities, monitoring the maintenance of the departmental space, and providing project support to department level projects within the Care Management Learning and Innovation Department (CLI).

He/She ensures that all training process steps including but not limited to scheduling, registration, attendance/completion certificates, evaluations are current and are tracked appropriately in the learning management system. Responsible for ordering equipment, greeting participants/ serves as a contact for internal and external staff calling or emailing the CLI department.

The project associate is responsible for ensuring the CLI departmental training and office spaces are continuously maintained and addresses any concerns in a timely matter. He/she ensures that staff and training devices are in working order, acts as departmental liaison with facilities and outside vendors, and conducts regularly scheduled checks of the space to ensure everything is in working order.

The project associate will provide support for projects as assigned by the Senior Director and/or Assistant Director of Training Operations. He/she will maintain project plans and task lists, create meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, track project time and create and maintain project documents and manuals.

Experience: Must have a least 2 years previous administrative or project management responsibilities

Education Requirements: Associate Degree/ Bachelors preferred in healthcare, education or business administration

Skills: Must be proficient in: Word, Powerpoint, Excel, excellent writing skills and attention to detail
