Do you have a passion for the environment, analyzing data, and are looking to join a collaborative, innovative team of environmental and data scientists? Anchor QEA is seeking a full-time experienced environmental data manager to join our Data Solutions Group. Candidates must possess both strategic and technical abilities, working in mentoring and collaborative roles. Candidates must be able to support environmental science and engineering projects, participate in research and development and business development. Responsibilities:

As a senior database manager, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage environmental data using EQuIS, SQL, Python, and other tools and programming languages
  • Mentor junior database managers
  • Innovate new procedures and applications for data collection, management, analysis, and visualization
  • Oversee data quality activities performed by junior staff
  • Collaborate with project teams, field data collection teams, and analytical chemistry laboratories

What Are We Looking For?

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, chemistry, or a related program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting and data management.
  • Expertise with the EarthSoft EQuIS Environmental Data Management System: Minimum 3 years.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft .NET programming.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and the ability to work independently.
  • Enjoy working with multidisciplinary project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Base Level Benefits for Regular Full-Time Positions:
