The Role
The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders. In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping; ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand. You will also help with other showroom operational responsibilities that could include receiving/sending shipments, inventory transfers, processing refunds. Responsibilities
  • Own order management process from pre-order through delivery while delivering exceptional customer-centric experiences to internal partners and external customers.
  • Manage all communications to internal departments and external clients to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and track all order reporting data.
  • Support the Showroom Sales Consultants in the sales efforts with pre-sale activities like quotes/order entry, sample requests, and processing and collecting payments.
  • Partner with Sales Consultant, Client Services, and Technical Support Team to resolve client issues in timely manner and to client's satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years administrative or project management experience.
  • Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Waterworks may require physical requirements within its Showroom locations as follows:
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques. Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office. Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing. Licensed to drive preferred. Ability to travel locally or out of state.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, pull/push, climb and balance, and to be elevated up to 20 feet in the air on harnessed equipment. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 110 pounds with assistance from one other Associate and use of proper technique. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
