The Financial Planning Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of Financial Planning Consultants, Specialists, and Operations to grow the Financial Planning discipline, resulting in plan implementation.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day Financial Planning Strategy and Solutions Team.
  • Sets activity metrics and sales yearly goals.
  • Works on complex financial planning cases.
  • Handles compliance concerns.
  • Provides thought leadership content.
  • Active participant in training new Advisors.
  • Key Role in webinar series.
  • Aligns and assists in inleading changes in policy and operations.
  • Actively Manages a team of planning experts and focuses on their development.
  • Improves the operational efficiencies of the Financial Planning Process and Program.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance and / or other relevant majors.
  • Certified Financial Planner.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep comprehension of Financial Planning, which includes cash flow, net worth, education, investment, retirement, & business planning.
  • High subject matter expertise in income taxes, capital markets, and trust andestate law.
  • Ability to drive financial planning adoption andunderstand how Financial Planning activity translates into core product sales.
  • Prefer experience in eMoney or other Financial Planning software.

Salary range:$115,000 - $180,000
