About the Role

  • Ownership of the brand and client relationship with ability to understand account dynamics and mobilize resources to most effectively meet client requirements
  • Serve as advisor and supervise strategic development and implementation of client campaigns/ deliverables
  • Work with supervisor and team leads to develop strategic marketing goals based on brand strategy and direction, as well as analyze critical marketplace data
  • Maintain contact and communication with various key stakeholders such as sales rep leads, data teams and IT depts
  • Liaison between the agency and client to establish goals and budget and ensure the receipt of quality, cost-effective solutions for all
  • Fiscal responsibility / oversight for client budget, (estimates, scopes, invoicing)
  • Continues to build knowledge of therapeutic areas(s), pharmaceutical, healthcare and consumer/patient marketing and is comfortable playing an advisor role with client brand teams
  • Mentor Account Executive(s) and inspires others to be passionate about the work

What You'll Need

  • Previous experience managing professional and Consumer/Patient promotional campaign development and execution within the Pharma/Healthcare category
  • Strong commitment to team building and working within team environment
  • Successful track record managing client assignments and working on cross-functional agency teams
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including strategic planning, creative, project management, production, and medical direction/strategy
  • 4 years in Pharmaceutical Advertising, HCP & Consumer/Patient marketing and/or Media. Will also consider candidates with consumer experience in regulated categories who are looking to move into the healthcare/pharma space.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and responsive

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$70,000$140,000 USD
